A CCTV footage has captured the shocking moment a worker calmly stands up and walks over to the window to jump out moment after her boss scolded her.

This disturbing video shows the moment an office worker jumped out of a window after apparently being berated by her boss.
Posted to the social network reddit, the grainy black and white video shows a blond worker walking up to a window and calmly stepping out in front of stunned colleagues.
The footage begins with a man, apparently the woman's boss, standing over the officer worker. He appears to be berating her over something and slams a number of papers down on the desk before storming off.
As he walks away the footage, thought to be from a CCTV camera that has somehow framed the entire incident perfectly, shows the woman calmly stand up and begin walking over to a window.
