A heroic dog has done the most sweet and incredible thing ever recorded as it helped save the life of its owner and probably rescued her from being raped.

A dog has become the hero of a woman who was about to be sexually molested if things had been left to continue.

The woman was saved by her dog, a 20-year-old black Labrador after the man chased her shouting ‘do you fancy a quickie?’. The incident happened in Flixton, Greater Manchester.

The woman fell down while trying to run away from the pervert. The heroic dog came to her rescue growling and backing at the insane man before scaring him away. The man ran away in fear. But the woman was greatly shaken. It was revealed that the victim had been trying to escape the assailant who had jumped out from behind some bushes and made the sickening proposition.

"This has been recorded as a common assault, but there was a very real possibility that this could have been more serious had her dog not come to her defence," said Detective Constable Andrew Warren.
"The victim has sustained some minor injuries, but was shaken by the experience."

Now the Greater Manchester Police are looking for people to help track the man who is described as around 6ft tall, with a large or muscular build, between 20 and 30 years old and spoke with a Salford accent. He was wearing a black jacket with pale fur trim around the hood, black trousers and black Nike trainers.
