Nigerians have expressed disappointment with the EFCC Chairman after photos of him addressing staff members under the sun surfaced online.

Nigerians have lashed out at the Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Mr. Abdulrasheed Bawa after photos of him addressing staff members under the sun surfaced online.
The photos taken on Monday, March 8, 2021 got people angry as they wondered if the EFCC doesn't have a conference hall and considering the spread of coronavirus.
Bawa while addressing staff members at the EFCC Headquarters in Abuja, appealed to all personnel to be disciplined and dedicated to their duties.
The EFCC boss expressed a desire to operate an open door policy. To this end, he made his personal phone number available to all staff, stating that he will be receptive to ideas that will take the Commission to new heights.
He also pledged to prioritise staff welfare.
