Banky W has broken his silence on his former protege, Skales, whose debut album launch concert takes place in Lagos tonight, with a post where he showered encomiums on the 'Man Of The Year'.
Ahead of his album launch concert tonight at the Federal Palace Hotel, in Victoria Island, Lagos, Skales has received a glowing endorsement from his former boss and mentor, Banky W.
Skales, who was discovered and signed up in 2010 by Banky W's E.M.E, was dropped in early 2014 amid speculations that he did not truly rise up to the level expected of him.
Many expected the Kaduna-born singer, real names Raoul John Njeng-Njeng's music career to die but he got signed on to Baseline Music and the rest like they say, is now history with his debut album 'Man of The Year' getting rave reviews.
