Eagle-eyed social media users have spotted an official of the Lagos State Traffic Management agency making a phone call while driving.

This photo has surfaced online with social media users berating the LASTMA official for breaking the same law he is constitutionally responsible for upholding.

LASTMA officials in Lagos metropolis are known to harass and arrest motorists who make calls while using the road with a huge fine attached to the offence.
