FIFA Scandal: Top FIFA Executive, Jerome Accused Of $10 million Payment

FIFA secretary general, Jerome Valcke, is presently in the middle of the ongoing FIFA scandal as U.S. authorities reveal that he allegedly made $10 million in payments.

 
 
The FIFA controversy has continued generate heat as U.S. authorities reveal that FIFA secretary general Jerome Valcke, allegedly made $10 million in payments at the centre of the scandal rocking world football's governing body.

Valcke is FIFA's highest non-elected official and would be the top figure yet targeted in a probe that has already seen two sitting vice presidents and a dozen others connected to the game indicted on federal charges including bribery, racketeering and money laundering.

The French national and Secretary General of the FIFA in Zürich, has however denied culpability to the New York Times and has not been charged.
