Court Adjourns Igboho Aides’ Ruling Till Aug 4

Justice Egwuatu granted the applicants’ lawyer, Pelumi Olagbenjesi, the leave to amend his processes to correct the names of the applicants.

The suit brought by the 12 detained aides of Yoruba Nation agitator, Sunday Adeyemo, popularly known as Sunday Igboho,  has been adjourned by the Federal High Court Abuja on Monday to August 4.

Justice Egwuatu granted the applicants’ lawyer, Pelumi Olagbenjesi, the leave to amend his processes to correct the names of the applicants.

There was confusion in court regarding the names of the eight applicants produced. Thus, Olagbejensi applied to amend his processes to reflect their correct names.

The DSS only produced eight out of the 12 detained aides of Sunday Igboho.
