Ewe was arrested by the Odua People’s Congress (OPC) and handed over to the police.

The Odua People’s Congress (OPC) have arrested a notorious cult leader, Qudus Balogun, on Wednesday at Ita-Opo in the Epe area of Lagos.

Balogun, popularly known as “Ewe”, has been handed over to the police.

The suspect, a member of Eiye Confraternity, is accused of numerous gruesome killings in Epe and environs.

NAN reports that some associates are rallying to secure his release from Police custody.

Ayodele Jaiyeola, a trader in Epe, urged Lagos State Government and Police to permanently end serial killings by cultists in Lagos.

CSP Barnabas Okosodo, the Divisional Police Officer, confirmed Balogun’s arrest.
