The accreditaion of voters by INEC officials is underway in Southern Ijaw LGA of Bayelsa State to conclude the governorship election held on December 5, 2015, but was declared inconclusive by INEC as PDP's incumbent governor, Seriake Dickson, battles it out with APC candidate, Timipre Sylva.
