The baby was found dead at a dump site along Bomadi road in Bomadi Local Government Area of Delta State.
A Facebook user posted photo of the dead infant wrapped in ankra fabric on Thursday morning, September 9.
"Women, what's is really going on? Another baby found in a dustbin along bomadi road, Delta State. If you don't need the child, you can give him or her to the orphanage why all this rubbish? May God forgive who ever did this. Amen" the user wrote.
