Senate President, Bukola Saraki together with the Senate Leadership, today, inaugurated a Constitutional Review Committee. The Committee was set up to review the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Senate President Bukola Saraki in his speech pointed out that this 8th Senate will not maintain the status quo of past Assemblies of redundancy. He also assured all Nigerians that the Constitutional Review Committee will deliver accordingly in its duties.
The Senate President urged all members of the Constitutional Review Committee to ensure that they put in their best to their assigned duties.
Senator Bala Ibn Na'Allah gave the vote of thanks and the inauguration came to a close.
