''ANYBODY OR GROUP OF PERSONS WHO HAS BEEN INVOLVED IN KILLING ANYBODY IN IGBOLAND IN THE NAME OF BIAFRA WILL NOT KNOW PEACE WITH HIS ENTIRE FAMILY TILL THE END OF AGE. Amen!!!''
