A 21- storey building that was under construction has collapsed in Lagos State on Monday, November 1.
The building is located off Alexander way, Gerrard road in Ikoyi Lagos.
Arise News reports that scores of people are trapped in the rubble.
As at the time of filing this report, no one has been rescued.
