Nigerian chef and reality star, Uriel Oputa took to Instagram to list things men do that shows they are not ready for a committed relationship.
She said the post was just her thinking out loud and is also a message to herself.
She wrote: "If he is ashamed to hold you in public, he's not for you. If he doesn't call you throughout the day... he's defo calling someone else."
She added: "Uu you deserve better."
