reported it here earlier today that the embattled PDP National Publicity Secretary, Olisa Metuh, was brought in handcuffs to the Federal High Court, Abuja to face the law regarding his alleged receipt of N400 million from the arms money diverted by the office of the National Security Adviser, Sambo Dasuki.
We also
reported it here that Metuh, who has been in the custody of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) for about two weeks, was later granted bail.
A Twitter user with the handle, @StoPropaganda who is already trending online, is alleging that the Comptroller General of Nigerian Prisons and Minister of Interior, Abdurrahman Dambazau, ordered that Metuh be brought to court in handcuffs.
