Outspoken APC senator from Kaduna state is currently trending online for what he distributed to members of his constituents yesterday.
Yesterday, January 24th, popular Nigerian senator, Shehu Sani, who represents Kaduna Central in the senate, has distributed 100,000 transistor radios to members of his constituents in Kaduna state.
The APC Senator explained that the transistor radios will help raise the political consciousness of the people.
He said;
"We come from the part of the country where the major and most important source of information is the radio. Radio is an empowerment, a form of education and enlightenment. It enables people to have access to information and also have an opportunity to express themselves.
I am sharing it to the downtrodden within the cities and the rural areas so that they would be abreast with what is happening within their own locality, national and state," he said
