A man has been killed by bandits in Kaduna after collecting N1 million ransom from his family members.
According to DailyTrust, the bandits had in February this year, invaded the home of the victim at Rigachikun in Igabi Local Government Area and abducted him with others in the area including a bride-to-be. During the invasion, a customs officer who worked with Federal Operations Unit (FOU) Zone B, Kaduna was shot and later died in the hospital.

The victim was buried at Unguwar Shanu community where his family resides. The bride-to-be and one other person are still with their captors.
