A number of Nigerians who have been living illegally in Europe for several years have been deported back to the country by immigration authorities.
Some Nigerian deportees from the United Kingdom arrived Lagos, Nigeria very early in the morning on the 27th of January.
Reports have it that the ejection was so sudden that they were left only carrying few items in sacks popularly known as Ghana-Must-Go bags. Some of them said they had been residing in the UK for over 10 years before they were unfortunately deported back home.
This is the second time the British authorities are massively deporting Nigerians in the last two months after the reported viral news of the deportation of over 500 Nigerians on the 25th of November, 2015 was heard.
