A Nigerian man has cried out in a video after officials of the Lagos state Traffic Management Authority LASTMA reportedly tried to extort him.
According to the man, the incident happened after his car broke down along 3rd main land bridge.
Instead of helping the man, the officers accosted him and attempted to tow his car their office where he might be forced to pay a fine.
