A lucky and competent reporter has been hailed after he was appointed the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Yahaya Bello.

Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello has appointed his Chief of State, Special Adviser on Media Strategy and Chief Press Secretary.
Amongst the appointee is a reporter with Vanguard Newspaper, Kingsley Fanwo, who is to serve as Chief Press Secretary.
The other two appointees are Mr. Edward Onoja and Mr. Abdulkarim Abdulmalik.
Onoja is to serve as Chief of Staff to the Governor, while Abdulmalik is the Special Adviser on Media and Strategy.
Kingsley Fanwo, who is now the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor hails from Takete-Ide in Mopamuro LGA of the state and has worked as a correspondent with Vanguard newspaper.
The governor, who said the appointments is with immediate effect, congratulates the appointees and demands utmost commitment and humble service to the state from them.
