The messages threatened to reveal his family secrets if he fails to apologise for standing by his colleague, Bovi, who had cracked a joke about Ubi and his children years back.

Reacting to Ubi's comments and other reactions that had trailed the slap, I Go Save made a video stating that making jokes about men who impregnate women and fail to take responsibility for the child is to ensure it is not repeated. He also chided those he claimed were inciting the public against comedians.
Meanwhile, Ubi has told I Go Save to save his energy as he has his eyes set on his target.
