BREAKING: Court Strikes Out Eight Out Of 15 Charges Against Nnamdi Kanu

The 15 charges which bordered on terrorism were filed against Kanu by the Federal Government.

 
8 of the 15 counts charges brought against the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu has been struck out.
 
The eight charges were struck out by the Federal High Court in Abuja on Friday.
 
The 15 charges which bordered on terrorism were filed against Kanu by the Federal Government.
 
Justice Binta Nyako, however, struck out eight of the charges while delivering a ruling on the validity of the charges on Friday at the court in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
