A lawyer and human rights activist has kicked against VP Yemi Osinbajo's declaration to contest in the 2023 presidential electon.
According to Festus Ogun, Osinbajo's ambition to become president in 2023, “is a recipe for disaster”.
The lawyer lambasted Osinbajo, accusing him of ‘colluding’ with President Muhammadu Buhari to bring Nigeria “completely to its knees”.
“An Osinbajo Presidency is a recipe for disaster. I mean, the same man, alongside Buhari, brought our country completely to its knees. How, then, do we rely on those that destroy our past to take us to a promising future? I mean, are we bewitched?” Ogun wrote on his known Twitter handle.
