According a video posted by @thandiubani, the loving boyfriend was helped to propose by police officers.
In the video, the police officers could be seen trying to arrest the boyfriend, but the lady came to his rescue without knowing that it was all staged.
As she tried to prevent his arrest, the boyfriend turned and presented her the ring.
