Kidnapped Delta Monarch Finally Regains Freedom

Gunmen who kidnapped a traditional ruler from Delta state have finally let him free after collecting an undisclosed amount of money from his family.

 
At last, the people of Olomoro Kingdom in Isoko South Local Government Area,  Delta. State can now breathe a sigh of relief after the release of their traditional ruler by kidnappers on Monday.
 
According to Vanguard, the monarch was released around 9.am, yesterday.
 
The release of the monarch was confirmed by the chairman of the local government area, Mr Malik Ikpokpo‎ who said the kidnappers dropped him at Sapele in Sapele local government area after collecting an undisclosed ransom.
 
It would be recalled that the monarch was said to have been abducted by unknown gunmen on Friday 29th.
