PDP Reschedules NEC, National Caucus Meetings To May 11

The opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has moved its national executive committee (NEC) and National Caucus meeting from May 10 to May 11.

PDP in a separate statement by its National Secretary, Senator Samuel Anyanwu, Thursday disclosed that the 96th NEC is now going to hold on Wednesday, May 11, 2022.

it said the venue remains the NEC Hall PDP National Secretariat, Wadata Plaza, Abuja and time: 2.00 pm

PDP explained that the earlier date clashes with the Local Government Delegate Election involving all members of the Party.

In another statement, the party directed all members that its National Caucus meeting earlier scheduled to hold on May 10, 2022, will now hold Wednesday, May 11, 2022.

The statement partly read “venue: Akwa Ibom State Governor’s Lodge, Time: 10.00am.

“The change is as a result of the Local Government Delegate Election scheduled for May 10, 2022.

” All inconveniences are regretted”.
