Three victims have died in a tragic accident involving Toyota Hummer Bus and a motorcycle in Ringim Local Government, Jigawa State.
An eyewitness told Dailypost that the incident happened on Thursday around 1340hrs at the College of Education and Legal Studies Ringim main Gate along Hadejia road.
He said the incident happened when the driver of the Hummer Bus lost control and hit a motorcyclist carrying two passengers.
He said as a result the driver of the motorcyclist and his two passengers sustained various degrees of injuries.
Police spokesman ASP Lawan Shiisu Adam confirmed the incident.
He said the incident happened when a 35-year-old Babangida a commercial driver of a Toyota hummer bus with reg no. HJA 472 YD JG, from Hadejia town heading to Abuja lost control and hit a motorcyclist one Sama’ila Hambali.
They said as a result, the cyclist and passengers sustained serious injuries and were rushed to Ringim General hospital for medical attention and were later confirmed dead.
He said the driver was arrested and Investigation is ongoing.
