A sickening photo showing a wheelchair-bound jihadi about to execute a Libyan spy has been released by ISIS propaganda chiefs. The photo has sent chills down the spines of many who saw it. The pictured released by the jihadis’ Al-Hayat propaganda wing, shows the victim kneeling in front of the masked executioner.
The rope tied around his waist suggests he is about to be attached to the fence behind him - a technique often used by ISIS as a makeshift crucifix.
The photograph was captioned “the execution of spies in the city of Sirte”.
Sirte is most famous for being the hometown of former Libyan dictator Muammar Gaddafi and was seized by ISIS last year. In recent weeks Sirte has become something of a graveyard for ISIS commanders after three terror commanders were killed by a single sniper in less than a week.
Although nobody knows his true identity or affiliation, the killer has been dubbed “Daesh Hunter”.
His work is said to be spreading panic among the top ranks of ISIS’s Libyan wing. Many have viewed the picture with total condemnation.
