The 'Queen of Snapchat' and model, Katie May has died of a stroke at the age of 34.
The popular Snapchat model known by fans as ‘MsKatieMay’, suffered a “catastrophic” blockage to an artery in her neck, according to reports.
May before her death had sought medical treatment for neck pain, her family was quoted as saying.

It was accompanied by a photograph of her wearing a swimsuit and sunglasses.
