Reports have it that there was a state of unrest in a remote village in the north-eastern part of Nigeria following a calculated attack by members of the Boko Haram sect.
The Boko Haram sect yesterday night carried out an attack in Malari area of Konduga local government, Borno State.
A local resident told DailyPost on phone that dozens of insurgents stormed the village at about 9:20pm Friday.
"The attack is going on without any resistance by Nigerian troops" the sound cried out in distress. The details are still sketchy on the damage orchestrated by members of the blood-thirsty sect.
Boko Haram insurgency which began 6 years ago has claimed over 20,000 lives in Nigeria and has metamorphosed into a regional terrorist group.
