Nigerian singer, Tiwa Savage was conferred with an honorary doctorate degree from her Alma mater, Kent University.

Dr Savage, as she would now be refered, had bagged a bachelor degree in Business Administration from the University some years prior, later winning a scholarship to study Professional Music at Berklee college of music, Boston.
Tiwa was seen clad in her doctoral gown while being flanked by family members as they stood to take pictures.
