A heartbroken father got the shock of his life to find out on television that his daughter has been murdered and buried for three days.

A father has been given the shock of his life after finding out on TV that his daughter who was proclaimed missing had been murdered after police forgot to tell him before informing reporters.
His daughter named Nicole Lovell went missing from her mum's home in Blacksburg, Virginia, on January 27th. Her body was later found by the police three days later dumped around 100 miles away in North Carolina.
The police authorities forgot to inform him his daughter's body had been found before alerting the media.
He told Dr Phil (a TV Show) that officers have since told him his little girl was stabbed but have not given information of any apparent motive or whether she was sexually assaulted.
However, Virginia Tech student David Eisenhauer, 18, has been charged with the abduction and first-degree murder of Nicole. Fellow student Natalie Keepers, 19, is accused of helping to dispose of the body.
Mr Lovell told Dr Phil that his daughter would have fought hard for her life. He told the TV show: "I bet she fought like a wildcat. She’s my kid. I know she fought like a wildcat."

Police told him the suspects planned to slit her throat but never succeeded.
But, he told the show he did not know where she had been stabbed because he could not bring himself to see her body.
He continued: "When they brought her to the funeral home, I couldn’t look at her body.
"I know that she was murdered, and I know that I want justice for that. But as far as going in and seeing the wounds, I’m not man enough to handle that."
Eisenhauer, a freshman engineering student and member of the cross country team at Virginia Tech, has been charged with abduction and murder. Another engineering student, Keepers, is charged with improper disposal of a body and accessory after the fact in the commission of a felony. Blacksburg police have said Eisenhauer and Lovell became acquainted before her disappearance.
