A young man has brutally and heartlessly ended the lives of his grandmother and her husband by shooting dead and cutting their heads.
The suspect: Quinton Laster
A 20-year-old man has been charged with murder after allegedly shooting his grandmother and her husband dead then decapitating their bodies .
The man identified as Quinton Laster, shot Sharon Reed, 59, and husband James Reed, 78, before cutting their heads. They were found dead at their Oklahoma home, which is also used as a day care centre.
Laster was arrested on suspicion of first-degree murder on Tuesday. However, three small children were found unharmed in an attached covered garage that was being used for daycare.
The children were removed from the scene and returned to their families, police said. Police have not released a motive for the killings.
