According to him, he lost a great friend, the popular guitarist Joey Bass.
He made the announcement on Tuesday, August 9, 2022.
The singer in a post appreciated Joey Bass for his contribution to his music.
Wizkid in a short text described Joey Bass as someone who had shared his light with him.
Joey Bass took center stage with Wizkid during his performance and concert at the 02 Arena as a guitarist. “RIP Joey thank u for sharing your light with me”, he posted.
