Governor Adams Oshiomhole may be having so much to worry about as the membership of the ruling party is currently depleting to the advantage of the opposition party in the state.
The decampees gathered to meet the PDP representatives
Massive defection hits the All Progressive Congress in Edo state as half of the current elected local government officials including the supervisory councillor for works in Ovia South and over 350 members of APC in Ovia south dumped the party for the People's Democratic Party.
The members were received into the PDP by the chairman of the party Chief Dan Osi Orbih.
The reasons behind the exodus is currently unknown but its not a strange phenomenon as far as Nigerian politics is concerned.
