EFCC Arrest 45 Suspected Internet Fraudsters In Enugu

Five luxury vehicles, several mobile phones, and laptops among other items were recovered.

The arrested suspects

Forty-five suspected internet fraudsters have been apprehended by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) from the Trans Ekulu area in Enugu State.

The spokesman Wilson Uwujaren gave their names in a statement on Monday.

The suspects are Paschal Tochukwu, Eze ifeanyi, Raphael Chukwuemeka, Kenneth Akwozo, Obodoeze Samson, Michael Chidiebere, Ogbu Chekwube, Edeh Peter, Nweze Ifeanyi, Emeka Nwankwo, John Chibuike.

Onyedikachi Samuel, Ikenna Chijioke, James Tochukwu, Uche Obieze, Ekwunife Chinonso, Chukwuebuka Ogbonna, Chinedu Ephraim, Emmanuel Nnaji, Ychenna Nweke, Orji Chisom, Eze Emmanuel, Michael Chidere.

Emmanuel Chidere, Chijioke Ugwu, Ugwuoko Obinna, Emeka Obilo, Mbah Ebube, Onah Kasie, Ikechukwu Michael, Oferka Frank, Onyia Joseph, Amagba Tochukwu, Ogbuabor Emmanuel, Michael Obi.

Others include Nwokeji Joshua Chetachukwu, Nzube Daniel. Stephen Ogbuabor, Sunday Dimeze Chidi, Ebuka Ilouno, Adimoranma Christian, Godwin Chukwuemeka, Nnamezie Chidi, Bright Chineme, Vitus Makwe.

Five luxury vehicles, several mobile phones, laptops, among other items were recovered.

The suspects will be charged to court as soon as the investigation is completed.
