Nigerian rare goal scoring midfielder, John Obi Mikel scored a stunner for Chelsea in their UEFA Champions League round of 16 clash with Paris-Saint Germain FC but wasn’t enough to save the team from defeat.

The goal came as Mikel’s second ever goal in the competition having played in it for several years, as he cushioned Diego Costa’s flick from Willian’s cross before slamming a shot past PSG goalkeeper Kevin Trapp to cancel Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s stunner free kick opener deflected in by him.

The goal came in the stoppage time of the first half. However, Uruguayan striker, Edinson Cavani came on as subtitute to score a dramatic late winner for French giants, volleying past Thibaut Courtois after being perfectly picked out by brilliant Angel Di Maria’s pass.
