The 8th President of the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS), Barr. Abdul Mahmud said the lawsuit is being heard by Justice Osiagor of the federal high court in Lagos



A lawsuit to stop a rally by supporters of Labour Party presidential candidates, ''Obidients'' has been filed in Lagos.

The 8th President of the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS), Barr. Abdul Mahmud said the lawsuit is being heard by Justice Osiagor of the federal high court in Lagos, Peter Obi, Labour Party and some influencers are defendants.

Mahmud Tweeted;

"Suit to stop the planned Obidient rally in Lagos is being heard by Justice Osiagor, Fed High Court, Lagos. Obi, LP and some influencers are defendants. Plaintiffs' SAN moved his application but was asked by the Court to put the defendants on notice. Adjourned to 23-09-22"
