The poster which was tagged ‘Ebano 4 Tinubu’ was sighted in parts of Enugu State on Monday and currently making the rounds on social media.
A campaign poster of a former governor of Enugu state and Peoples Democratic Party, PDP senator, Chimaroke Nnamani and the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu has surfaced online.
The poster emerged ahead of the official flag-off of the 2023 campaign on Wednesday.
The poster which was tagged ‘Ebano 4 Tinubu’ was sighted in parts of Enugu State on Monday and currently making the rounds on social media.
While Tinubu appeared on the poster as APC presidential candidate, the lawmaker and former Enugu State Governor is seeking re-election to represent the Enugu East Senatorial District at the red chamber.
Meanwhile, reacting to questions online, the lawmaker in a post on his handles, said he has great respect for the APC candidate.
He wrote, “HE Tinubu is my friend, brother and colleague. I have great respect for him, his political antecedents and his strides in governance.
“And I am very proud and well pleased with him. Anybody belly aching should go …himself”.
TORI reports that the ruling party had listed Chimaroke as a member of its Presidential Campaign Council, PCC, for the forthcoming 2023 election despite being a PDP member.
