A video has captured the moment Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu on Monday danced to the viral song ‘Buga’ by Kizz Daniels at the solidarity walk staged by women in Lagos state.

He was flanked by his deputy Obafemi Hamzat and some women.

The walk by women from different parts of Lagos was in support of the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu and his running mate, Kashim Shettima.

Videos of the women, comprising artisans, traders and market women and professionals, marching on the streets with banners, have been trending online.

The women, in their hundreds, gathered at Tinubu’s Square on Lagos Island and other locations in the state for the solidarity walk.

Shading supporters of the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi, Mr Sanwo-Olu’s new media aide Jubril Gawat said, “The Owners of Lagos … The Mothers of EVERYBODY including ASIWAJU himself.

“We are not calling it 1 Million or 1 Billion … It’s just a simple Lagos women Walk.”
