Reacting to the incident, some Nigerians and other African nationals insinuated that the man's death was not caused by electrocution as reported by Libya media.
A Nigerian man who is yet to be identified, has died in Libya.
The man was electrocuted to death while harvesting dates on a farm in the Bint Baya municipality, south of Libya.
According to the city's security directorate, the incident happened on Wednesday, October 26, 2022.
