A shocking footage has emerged showing the incredible moment a man and some villagers miraculously saved children drowning in an algae-filled pond.
The drowned boy is saved from dying
A toddler who plunged into an algae-filled pond and nearly drowned was saved by villagers who pulled him from the water and gave him CPR for 30 minutes, The Mirror reports.
According to the report, one of the kids screamed for help while drowning in the water while the other was seen faced down in the water. The footage was captured on mobile camera in a village in China.
Villagers were forced to save the kids as locals grabbed a long bamboo stick and dragged the child back to dry land.
Meanwhile, another villager called Li jumped into the pond and carried the second child, who was unconscious in the water, back to shore, reports CCTV.
One of the villagers is seen shaking the boy upside down, and green algae falls from the youngster's mouth as he is saved.
Then rescuers took it in turns to resuscitate the boy for 30 minutes and the boy eventually began to breath. The boy was lucky as he was saved from death.
