In Memoriam: Music Producer, Tha Suspect Remembers Mum Today, 22-Years After Her Death

Tha Suspect, in-house producer for Capital Hill Records owned by Clarence Peters, has written an unusual tribute to his mom, who passed away exactly 22 years ago today, June 12.

While Nigerians remember June 12 as the day former military President Ibrahim Babangida annulled the 1993 presidential election, Capital Hill Records music producer/singer, Tha Suspect, remembers it as the day his mum passed away and coincidentally, in 1993 too.

Born David Peter, the producer in a rather unusual tribute to his late mom, whom he called 'Mama Scooby', talks about how much he misses her and how he wished she was alive to see her grand.

Couldn't help but notice the very strong semblance between Tha Suspect and his late mom.
