A man has gotten much more than he bargained for while stealing from a transformer as the electric shock sent him to his early grave.

A young man was electrocuted early this morning while stealing armored cables from a transformer unit.
Eyewitnesses say this happened along grace bill road, Eket, Akwa Ibom state. The man was found dead around the Transformer. His body has however been removed.
