Heavy Rainfall Pulls Down High Tension Wire at Ikeja, Lagos (Photos)

There was a heavy downpour in the capital of Lagos this morning and a high tension wire was accidentally pulled down in the course of the heavy downpour.

The heavy downpour this morning, 1st of March, brought down a high tension wire by Guinness Nigeria Plc Headquarters at Ikeja area of Lagos.
 
The incident caused a heavy traffic gridlock in the area as authorities sealed off the road to prevent further harm to motorists and road users before the arrival of Power Holding Company of Nigeria, (PHCN) officials.
 
The good news is that there were no casualties in the mishap.
