Tonto says Peter Obi is the right man for the job, so he will have her vote and encourage others to do the same.
The 2023 Deputy Governorship candidate of the African Democratic Party (ADC) in Rivers State, Tonto Dikeh has taken to Instagram to throw her weight behind Peter Obi, the flagbearer of the Labour Party, less than 24 hours to the forthcoming presidential polls.
Tonto says Peter Obi is the right man for the job, so he will have her vote and encourage others to do the same.
Though most of her followers wondered why she will campaign for Obi considering she belongs to the African Democratic Party (ADC), but the actress has kept mute on that.
Declaring her support for Obi, She wrote: “The upcoming presidential election is one of the most important events in our country’s history. It will determine the future of our nation, and the person we choose to lead us will have a significant impact on our lives.
Therefore, it is imperative that we carefully consider the qualifications of each candidate and choose someone who has the competence, experience, and an excellent track record.
Therefore I hereby, willingly Give my Unsolicited support to vote rightly for Mr Peter Obi in the up coming presidential election slated for 25th February 2023…”
