Passersby have discovered the dead body of a baby dumped by the side of the road inside a carton.
A dead baby in a carton was found dumped at by the side of the road in the cool of the evening.
The baby was allegedly dumped at N. P. A. by Warri-Sapele road opposite police Barrack junction close to Warri Central hospital.
It is not clear if the baby was already dead when dumped or whether it was still alive but died after being dumped
