Ibrahim Shamwifu from Kogi state has reportedly set a new record with a score of 399 out of the possibile 400 in the 2016 Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) UTME.
According to the screen shot obtained by Nigeriauniversityscholarship, the youngster wants to study Medicine and Surgery at the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in Kaduna State.
