The public outrage led to concerted efforts being made by eminent people including Senator Ben Murray Bruce, the Emir of Kano and policemen, to intervene in her matter.

Ese Oruru was finally reunited with her family where it was revealed she's already pregnant for her abductor.

Now, a new video has shown how much her people support her. They were caught on camera dancing and jubilating over their daughter's long-awaited return.
