A social media user who shared the photo online, claimed he saw this man pictured above sitting by himself in an isolated location in Lagos, with what appears to be a horn springing out from his back.
The photo has since gone viral after it was released with many expressing fear and concern over it.
Others have claimed the photo has been 'doctored' to fit in the horn on the man's back.
